From 1980, when Dr. Hadef Al Dhahiri, the current UAE Minister of Justice, founded
the firm, we have developed into a leading commercial law practice.
Dr. Faraj Ahnish, Managing Partner of the firm, was instrumental in transforming
Hadef & Partners from a boutique practice to a full service business law firm during
the past two decades. Under the leadership of Dr. Ahnish, assisted by Sadiq Jafar,
Managing Partner of the Dubai office, and the other partners, lawyers and staff,
we place the highest emphasis on quality and integrity, and ensure that the firm
operates to international standards.
Many of our lawyers are Western educated and have practised in a variety of Western
