The firm's initial objective, to provide litigation and legal services to a select business clientele - i.e. banks and insurance companies –has expanded both in terms of the service and quality.

MiO has its head office based in the centre of Abu Dhabi city with a branch office located close to the City Centre Mall in Dubai. With a total staff compliment of 35 comprised of lawyers, paralegals, business development, admin & support as indicated in the organization chart, MiO has the necessary expertise to handle all types of litigation and legal services for its valued clients.

Issues of Quality and Excellence within the firm and in dealing with customers are treated with the highest priority. This resulted in the ISO 9001:2000 certification of the firm's Quality Management System in March, 2004, and then in 2006 with the Shaikh Khalifa Excellence Award for the Professional Sector (SKEA 7th Cycle 2005-6). Implementing Quality Excellence ensures traceability to international standards such as the SKEA which is affiliated to EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management). Quality Excellence is managed by the Quality Excellence department in conjunction with the Business Development department. MiO Advocates continues to climb the ladder of Excellence by ongoing participation in the SKEA scheme backed by strong ISO 9001:2000 processes and procedures.
